On the 22nd and 23rd of February, our company in association with our Italian supplier CASSIBBA, organized a presentation with passionate young chef, Enrico Fichera. Enrico has worked with one of the best Italian chefs, Valeria Piccini, recognized with two Michelin stars. Together, we created both sweet and savory recipes using CASSIBBA products and in the end, our customers had the opportunity to try the recipes together with some Cypriot wine. The event took place at CITY UNITY COLLEGE in Nicosia.
